A bookkeeping subscription for every business you own? We built our own AI bookkeeper — over coffee.
A home-grown, AI-powered bookkeeper for a portfolio of very different businesses — a solar farm in the US, laundromats in Thailand — with no subscription for any of them. AI reads the receipts and bank statements; the books record themselves.

One of our co-founders runs multiple businesses across Thailand and the US — a solar farm on one side of the world, laundromats on the other. Different countries, different banks, different rhythms. The one thing they share: the books have to be kept, and every bookkeeping platform on the market wants a subscription per business, per month — another fixed cost every time you open something new, for a workflow that never quite fits how you actually run things.
The AI does the data entry
So we built our own. Drop in the receipts and the bank statements, and AI reads them: it extracts the vendor and the amount, matches the slip, assigns the category with a confidence score, and records the entry in the right book. Revenue against expenses, expense by category, top merchants — the P&L assembles itself. You review the books; you no longer type them.
And the build itself? A few days. Most of it spent sipping coffee while the AI worked for us — describe the workflow, let it build, check the result, ask for the next piece. That is what building software looks like now: the owner describes, the AI writes, the owner reviews.
The SaaS apocalypse
This is another example of what we call the SaaS apocalypse. You are the business owner. You know the workflow better than any software company ever will, and you know the pain points better than their product team. Stop buying — build your own. Save the money, save the time. And when the next business opens, its books cost exactly nothing more.

We built this ourselves. Your team could too.
This isn't an agency case study — it's our own build, done with the same AI playbook we teach in the room. Every business now has this option: your own people, shipping your own software. Send your staff to learn with us, or come yourself.
