A year of game development, finished while the founder slept.
MARIANA is a production browser game of endless deep-sea descent — six biomes, live 3D, free to play. It was built overnight by Fable 5 while our founder Prom slept.
MARIANA is not a demo. It's a full production browser game: an endless deep-sea descent through six biomes, live 3D rendering, hunt-to-stay-lit mechanics, and a death card you share when the ocean wins. In a traditional studio, a game with this much content and polish is a year of development.
Engineering that runs while you sleep
Our founder Prom didn't spend a year. He used the Loop engineering technique — the same approach we teach: define what "done" looks like, set up the checks that verify it, and put the AI in a loop against those checks. Then he handed the build to Fable 5, Claude's newest model, and went to bed.
He woke up to a finished, polished game. Not a prototype to clean up — the shipped thing, live at last.fish, playable by anyone with a browser. The AI had spent the night doing what a team would have spent a year doing: building, testing, fixing, and polishing, pass after pass, against the standards Prom had set before going to sleep.
Why a game matters to your business
You probably don't need a deep-sea game. But look at what the game proves: the ceiling for what one person can ship with AI is now production quality, overnight, while asleep. If that's the ceiling, your customer portal, your booking system, your product configurator — the projects that keep not happening — are well within reach. The technique is learnable. It's literally what we teach.
> built in-house by the sv academy team
We built this ourselves. Your team could too.
This isn't an agency case study — it's our own build, done with the same AI playbook we teach in the room. Every business now has this option: your own people, shipping your own software. Send your staff to learn with us, or come yourself.
