When we started teaching, we looked at every learning platform on the market. None of them worked the way our classroom works — step-by-step guides written like we actually talk, a public arcade where students' shipped games stay playable, no signup wall in front of learning. The three-month project that took one night
In traditional software development, Loop is a three-month project — a team, a backlog, sprint reviews, and a launch date far enough away that the plan would be stale by the time it shipped. With AI, we built it overnight. In-house. The same playbook we teach in the room, pointed at our own problem.
Overnight builds make a good headline, but the real advantage compounds after launch: because we own every line, we iterate as feedback arrives from students.
